Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
We charge on the type of car you use, they all have individual capacity.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
Every vehicle has different capacity, please check which vehicle meets your requirements.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will get a written email as a confirmation from our company.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
If you can't see your driver please call us immediately on +44 (0) 203 677 7272, please don't leave the airport without informing us.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
We only provide refunds for bookings which are 24 hour before pickup time. If the pickup time is less than 24hr we don't provide any refund. Change in exchange rate, merchant transaction fees could result in you not receiving the exact amount.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
Yes, If you take longer time to clear customs, baggage hall you will be charged.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight and the pickup time is less than 24hrs you will be charged.
Q: What does the price include?
The price includes 40 mins free waiting and price of the transfer. If the journey is Town to airport or Town to Town you have free 15 mins waiting from the pickup time.
Q: How early do I need to book?
You can book two months early in advance. Prices may change only at the end of the tax year in April or under circumstances such as the Cost of Oil Price surge in the International market.
